What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item within 30 days. It must be in original packaging and resellable condition.
How do I request a return or an exchange?
Email us at support@malta.cy with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return steps.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund — your choice.
Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
